Band clones the hits and passion

JUST like the real thing but with a dash of humour, the Rollin' Clones are bringing the sound, passion and raw energy of The Rolling Stones to Devizes. The band was formed in April 1997 to celebrate the music of one of the most successful rock bands in history, and since its inception, has made remarkable progress and is quickly gaining recognition as one of the UK's leading tribute bands. What makes the band stand out is their dynamic stage show, packed full of classic Stones songs from the '60s, '70s and '80s, which are performed with vitality and energy, together with colourful costumes and imaginative smoke and lighting effects. The humour makes the show very appealing to a wide cross-section of audiences and age groups. The band is playing, with support, at The Corn Exchange, Devizes, tomorrow, at 8pm. Tickets are £6.50 in advance (£7.50 on the door) from PR Sounds, 21 High Street, Devizes, tel (01380) 724787.   more...
