Why we needed bollards

AT the cost of several thousand pounds, the Rodbourne Road (known locally as the Lane) Enhancement Project is almost completed, and I must say it is a great improvement. The Tarmac sidewalk on both sides of the road have been replaced with concrete slabs, but what a pity that, while work was in progress they did not have the foresight to install concrete bollards to stop vehicles parking.   more...

Flying the flag
