FAIRGROUND worker Jonathan Neate, 23, has pleaded not guilty to a charge of sexual activity with a child.
He will now face trial by jury after denying the charge when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Neate, formerly of Market Lavington but now living in Frome, Somerset, is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl in July last year.
He was released on conditional bail and will appear for a trial at a later date.
